1  Additional storage can be purchased at £1/15GB for Lite users, £3/100GB for Standard users, and anyone on our Pro Subscription or looking to go over 500GB can contact us for Exclusive rates.

2  Callouts are limited to 30mins on a job.  Any job running over that will use another callour (within reason). Additional Callouts can be arranged at a price of £10/hr for Lite users, £8/hr for Standard users, and £5/hr for Pro members.

3.  This Includes any advice required in the buying of, sourcing of parts, or building of a PC, this includes virtual assistance but does not include help on an already built PC. This goes under general assistance.

4  We will not be able to purchase all device off of you, and there is no guarantee we will purchase the same model twice. Contact us to discuss prices.

5  Access to exclusive equipment available to rent at an additional price. Subject to Availability.

7  Limits are per account, and users share limits and whichever user uses the resource first will have access to the amount they have used (it is not equally split)
